These terms cover keelsonadvisory.com and the assessment pages we publish on it. By using the site you agree to them.

Information, not advice. The site and assessment pages are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or security advice, and they don’t create a client relationship. Keelson works for a client only under a signed agreement.

Assessment pages. An assessment page shows what we could see from the internet on the date stated on it. It is not a security audit or a test, and it may be incomplete or change after that date. Check any finding with your IT provider before acting on it. Pages are provided at no charge and as they are.

Ours and yours

• The site’s content, the Keelson name and the logo belong to Keelson Advisory, LLC.
• A company we built an assessment page for may use and share its own page and its PDFs within the company and with its IT providers.

Fair use of the site. Don’t try to break into, overload or copy the site or its forms in bulk.

No warranties. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Limit of liability. As far as the law allows, Keelson is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or its free content. If it is found liable, its total liability is capped at $100.

Other sites. Links to other sites and services are for convenience. We don’t control them.

North Carolina law. These terms are governed by North Carolina law.
