Privacy

Keelson Advisory, LLC (“Keelson”, “we”) is a technology advisory firm in North Carolina. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to alec@keelsonadvisory.com.

What we collect

• When you apply or book a call: your name, work email, phone number, company, and the time you pick.
• When you visit this site: basic visit statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, our host’s built-in counter. It records the page, the site you came from, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. It uses no cookies and doesn’t follow you to other sites.
• On a private assessment page we built for your company: when the page was opened, and whether the application form on it was opened or started. Nothing you type is sent until you press Apply.
• For our outreach: business contact details (name, title, work email, company) from public sources and business data providers.
• About companies: information anyone can see from the internet, such as websites and public domain and email records. We use it to prepare assessment pages.
• When you apply or book a call: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you’re a person, not an automated program. It looks at basic information from your connection and browser, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To schedule and hold your call.
• To follow up about your application by email, phone or text.
• To run our outreach to businesses.
• To prepare assessments.

We don’t sell personal information. We don’t share it for advertising.

Who helps us

We share information only with the services that run our business:

• Vercel (website hosting and visit statistics)
• Google Workspace (email, calendar and video calls)
• Attio (our contact records)
• Apollo.io (business email)
• Quo (our business phone)
• Cloudflare (a bot check on our application and booking forms, under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum)

Calls. If we record or transcribe a video call, you’ll see it on screen or we’ll ask first.

How long we keep it. We keep your details while there’s a business reason to. If you ask us to delete them, we do it within 30 days and confirm by email. Assessment pages come down on the date shown on them.

Your choices

• To stop our emails, reply and say so, and we’ll stop.
• To stop texts, reply STOP.
• To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email alec@keelsonadvisory.com.
• To take down an assessment page about your company, reply to the email it came from or email us. It comes down the same day.

Do Not Track. We don’t track visitors across other sites, so we treat every visit the same way whatever your browser’s Do Not Track setting is. No one else collects information about your activity on other sites through ours.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards. If a breach ever affects your information, we’ll tell you as the law requires.

Children. This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 16.

Changes. If this page changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
